If you ever become aware that you are the focus of an administrative investigation (for on or off-duty conduct), or a criminal investigation or a civil suit (arising from any issue while acting within the scope of your employment), you simply contact your GYPOA Representative, Board Member, or the GYPOA Attorneys. GYPOA’s attorneys have taken matters all the way to the Arizona Supreme Court in pursuit of members’ rights.
